CERCA — приложение и сервис для русскоязычного сообщества Уругвая (далее «Приложение», «Сервис», «мы»). Используя Приложение, вы соглашаетесь с настоящими Условиями. Если вы не согласны — не используйте Сервис.
CERCA — площадка, на которой пользователи публикуют и находят услуги, товары, объявления о недвижимости, события, новости и вопросы сообщества, а также общаются между собой. Мы предоставляем техническую платформу: мы не являемся стороной сделок, договорённостей и расчётов между пользователями и не выступаем агентом, брокером или поручителем.
Для части функций нужен аккаунт (вход через Telegram, при желании — привязка Google, Apple или e-mail). Вы отвечаете за сохранность доступа к своему аккаунту и за действия, совершённые под ним. Указывайте достоверные данные. Сервис не предназначен для лиц младше 13 лет.
Вы сохраняете права на публикуемый вами контент. Публикуя его, вы предоставляете нам неисключительную, безвозмездную лицензию хранить, отображать и распространять этот контент в рамках работы Сервиса (включая показ другим пользователям и предпросмотр в Telegram-канале проекта).
Вы гарантируете, что имеете право публиковать этот контент и что он не нарушает права третьих лиц и законодательство Уругвая.
Запрещено публиковать или совершать следующее:
Мы не допускаем недопустимый (objectionable) контент и злоупотребления со стороны пользователей.
В Приложении доступны жалоба на контент и блокировка пользователя. Мы рассматриваем жалобы и в течение 24 часов удаляем нарушающий контент и, при необходимости, блокируем нарушителя. Мы вправе удалять контент и ограничивать доступ по своему усмотрению, если считаем, что нарушены настоящие Условия.
Жалобы также принимаются по адресу support@cerca.media.
Договорённости об услугах, товарах, аренде и продаже недвижимости заключаются напрямую между пользователями. Мы не проверяем достоверность объявлений, квалификацию исполнителей и качество товаров и услуг, не гарантируем результат и не несём ответственности за убытки, возникшие из таких сделок. Проявляйте разумную осмотрительность.
Базовое использование Приложения бесплатно. Если появятся платные функции, их условия и цена будут раскрыты до оплаты; платежи в мобильных приложениях обрабатываются App Store или Google Play в соответствии с их правилами.
Название CERCA, логотип, дизайн, тексты и программный код принадлежат нам и защищены законом. Использование без нашего письменного разрешения не допускается.
Сервис предоставляется «как есть» и «как доступно». Мы не гарантируем бесперебойную работу и отсутствие ошибок. В максимально допустимой законом степени мы не несём ответственности за косвенные убытки, упущенную выгоду, потерю данных и за действия других пользователей.
Вы можете в любой момент прекратить использование и запросить удаление аккаунта. Мы можем приостановить или прекратить доступ при нарушении Условий или требований закона.
Мы можем обновлять эти Условия. Актуальная редакция всегда доступна на этой странице; дата обновления указана вверху. Продолжая пользоваться Сервисом после изменений, вы принимаете новую редакцию.
Настоящие Условия заключены между вами и CERCA, а не с Apple или Google. Apple и Google не несут ответственности за Приложение, его содержание и поддержку. Apple Inc. и её дочерние компании являются третьими лицами — выгодоприобретателями настоящих Условий и вправе требовать их исполнения. При использовании Приложения вы также обязуетесь соблюдать применимые правила соответствующего магазина приложений.
К настоящим Условиям применяется законодательство Восточной Республики Уругвай; споры рассматриваются судами Монтевидео, если иное не установлено императивными нормами о защите прав потребителей.

CERCA is an app and service for the Russian-speaking community of Uruguay (the “App”, “Service”, “we”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CERCA is a platform where users post and discover services, goods, real-estate listings, classifieds, events, news and community questions, and communicate with each other. We provide the technical platform only: we are not a party to any transaction, agreement or payment between users, and we do not act as an agent, broker or guarantor.
Some features require an account (Telegram login, optionally linked to Google, Apple or email). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed under it. Provide accurate information. The Service is not intended for users under 13.
You keep the rights to the content you post. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content in order to operate the Service (including showing it to other users and previewing it in the project's Telegram channel).
You represent that you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate third-party rights or Uruguayan law.
You may not post or do the following:
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
The App provides in-app content reporting and user blocking. We review reports and remove violating content — and where needed suspend the offending user — within 24 hours. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion where we believe these Terms have been breached.
Reports are also accepted at support@cerca.media.
Arrangements for services, goods, rentals and property sales are made directly between users. We do not verify listings, provider qualifications or the quality of goods and services, we guarantee no outcome, and we are not liable for losses arising from such transactions. Please exercise reasonable care.
Basic use of the App is free. If paid features are introduced, their terms and price will be disclosed before purchase; in-app payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their rules.
The CERCA name, logo, design, texts and software are ours and protected by law. Use without our written permission is not allowed.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or the acts of other users.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the update date shown at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version.
These Terms are between you and CERCA, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App, its content or support. Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You also agree to comply with the applicable app store's terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay; disputes are subject to the courts of Montevideo, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.

CERCA es una aplicación y servicio para la comunidad rusoparlante de Uruguay (la «App», el «Servicio», «nosotros»). Al usar la App aceptás estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.
CERCA es una plataforma donde las personas publican y encuentran servicios, productos, avisos inmobiliarios, clasificados, eventos, noticias y preguntas de la comunidad, y se comunican entre sí. Solo brindamos la plataforma técnica: no somos parte de las transacciones, acuerdos ni pagos entre usuarios, y no actuamos como agente, corredor ni garante.
Algunas funciones requieren una cuenta (inicio de sesión con Telegram y, opcionalmente, vinculación con Google, Apple o correo electrónico). Sos responsable de la seguridad de tu cuenta y de la actividad realizada con ella. Brindá información veraz. El Servicio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años.
Conservás los derechos sobre el contenido que publicás. Al publicarlo, nos otorgás una licencia no exclusiva y gratuita para almacenarlo, mostrarlo y distribuirlo con el fin de operar el Servicio (incluida su visualización por otros usuarios y la vista previa en el canal de Telegram del proyecto).
Declarás que tenés derecho a publicar ese contenido y que no infringe derechos de terceros ni la normativa uruguaya.
Está prohibido publicar o realizar lo siguiente:
No toleramos contenido objetable ni usuarios abusivos.
La App permite denunciar contenido y bloquear usuarios. Revisamos las denuncias y eliminamos el contenido infractor —y, si corresponde, suspendemos al usuario— dentro de las 24 horas. Podemos retirar contenido y restringir el acceso cuando entendamos que se incumplen estos Términos.
También recibimos denuncias en support@cerca.media.
Los acuerdos por servicios, productos, alquileres y ventas de inmuebles se celebran directamente entre usuarios. No verificamos los avisos, la idoneidad de los prestadores ni la calidad de los bienes y servicios, no garantizamos resultados y no respondemos por perjuicios derivados de esas operaciones. Actuá con la debida diligencia.
El uso básico de la App es gratuito. Si se incorporan funciones pagas, sus condiciones y precio se informarán antes de la compra; los pagos dentro de la app los procesan App Store o Google Play según sus reglas.
El nombre CERCA, el logo, el diseño, los textos y el software nos pertenecen y están protegidos por la ley. No se permite su uso sin nuestra autorización escrita.
El Servicio se brinda «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». No garantizamos un funcionamiento ininterrumpido ni libre de errores. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no respondemos por daños indirectos, lucro cesante, pérdida de datos ni por los actos de otros usuarios.
Podés dejar de usar el Servicio y solicitar la eliminación de tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o cancelar el acceso ante incumplimientos de estos Términos o de la ley.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. La versión vigente está siempre en esta página, con la fecha de actualización arriba. El uso continuado tras los cambios implica su aceptación.
Estos Términos se celebran entre vos y CERCA, no con Apple ni Google. Apple y Google no son responsables de la App, su contenido ni su soporte. Apple Inc. y sus filiales son terceros beneficiarios de estos Términos y pueden exigir su cumplimiento. También te comprometés a cumplir las condiciones de la tienda de aplicaciones correspondiente.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Oriental del Uruguay; las controversias se someten a los tribunales de Montevideo, salvo que normas imperativas de defensa del consumidor dispongan otra cosa.
